Welcome to Quickoo Tech Transport Pvt Ltd ("Quickoo", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our car pooling and transportation services, including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

• Possess a valid driver's license
• Own or have authorization to use the registered vehicle
• Maintain valid vehicle insurance as required by law
• Pass our background verification process

4. Service Usage

4.1 General Rules

When using our Services, you agree to:

4.2 Rider Responsibilities

As a rider, you agree to:

• Be on time for your scheduled rides
• Treat drivers and their vehicles with respect
• Pay all applicable fares, fees, and charges
• Not bring prohibited items or substances into the vehicle
• Wear seatbelts and comply with all safety requirements

4.3 Driver Responsibilities

As a driver, you agree to:

• Maintain your vehicle in safe and clean condition
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Have valid insurance coverage as required by law
• Follow the agreed-upon route unless otherwise agreed with the rider
• Treat riders with respect and professionalism

5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Pricing

Prices for our Services are determined based on various factors including distance, time, demand, and other applicable factors. All prices are displayed before you confirm your booking, and you agree to pay the amount shown.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods as specified in our application. You agree to maintain valid payment information in your account and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees and charges.

5.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies and associated fees are displayed at the time of booking. Refunds may be provided in accordance with our Refund Policy, which may be updated from time to time.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickoo and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services
• Any conduct or content of any user or third party
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information

Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for Services in the six months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quickoo and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
• Your content or information provided to us
• Your use or misuse of our Services
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quickoo concerning the Services.
